- support our Client Advisors based in Luxembourg
- handle pricing requests
- be the contact to handle mortgage loans
- meet challenges with a positive attitude and a can-do mentality
Your team
You’ll be working in the Client Support Organization - Client Management - Product &Pricing team in Luxembourg. As Client Account Manager you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services. Our combined eff orts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey. You`ll have strong ties to the Wealth Management with strong partnership to related colleagues / teammates. You will work on initiatives that will drive the business forward or simplify the way we work (including automation ideas).
You are able to maintain processes in the database and the annual review cycle.

Your expertise
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- good communication skills, negotiating abilities, self-motivation
- entrepreneurial thinking and action with adequate social competences
- team player that remains calm while managing confl icting priorities
- works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
- you have an understanding of business processes and how we can help the business become more efficient
- fluent in English, any additional language would be a good asset
