MISSIONS

Fund Channel's KYC/AML team's solutions:

• Negotiating distribution agreements with both distributors and assets managers
• Facilitating KYC-AML and regulatory reporting
• Distribution oversight obligations and due diligence
• Funds data management
• Commercial insight and market intelligence

The trainee will participate in :

• Support the Team with administrative tasks ;
• Review documentation and provide feedback to counterparties (KYC)
• Contact customer to verify various information
• Do research and provide structured feedback to the Team
• Test and use AI in its various tasks and activities but keep a critical eye on the results
• Maintain follow up file, database or system up to date ;
• Ensure KYC File input in our KYC workflow tool and in the group KYC tool;
Participate in ongoing projects ;

  PROFILE

  • Enrolled in a Business School/University in Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance
  • You ideally have a previous experience in a financial/ banking institution
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written), any other language would be appreciated (German, Italian, Mandarin,..)
  • Good command of MS Office
