Your Mission
As an HR Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting our People & Culture team on real projects that shape employee life at KPMG — from onboarding new joiners to boosting engagement and creating a great place to work.
What you will be working on
Be part of the daily rhythm of the HR team and discover every stage of the employee journey :
- Help organize the onboarding of new employees — you’ll be one of their first friendly faces!
- Create and share internal communications that keep our people connected and inspired.
- Support our Employee Engagement Specialist and Talent Business Partners with various ad-hoc projects.
- Team up with others to bring to life HR initiatives around culture, retention, and experience.
- Build, track, and analyze HR reports to help us understand what drives engagement.
What we look for
- You’re a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or something similar.
- You’re available for a mandatory 5-month internship starting in January 2026
- You’re genuinely curious about people and passionate about employee experience.
- You know your way around Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You’re proactive, organized, and enjoy collaborating in a team.
- You can communicate clearly and handle sensitive info with discretion.
- You speak English fluently (French and/or German is a big plus!).
