An established and internationally active advisory firm is currently looking to strengthen its Accounting team with a Senior or Assistant Manager Accounting profile across several offices in Luxembourg

Your responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients (start-ups, SMEs, family-owned businesses and larger entities);
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping;
- Review and finalize annual accounts and corporate tax returns;
- Supervise and support a team of accountants, ensuring quality and compliance;
- Maintain close relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor;
- Contribute to process optimisation and digitalisation initiatives;
- Participate in business development activities and support growth of the client portfolio;
- Coach and develop junior team members.
Your profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (or in the final stage of qualification);
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Luxembourg-based commercial clients within a fiduciary, advisory firm or Big 4 environment;
- Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge;
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team;
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities;
- Fluent in French or German with a good command of English (Luxembourgish is considered an advantage).
