Engelwood Asset Management S.A. is active in fund structuring, asset management and asset services. The company was founded in July 2001 and was renamed Engelwood Asset Management S.A. in July 2019.

Engelwood Asset Management S.A. is a CSSF regulated third party AIFM (European Alternative Investment Fund Manager) in Luxembourg.
Due to the increase in current and future business, we are currently looking for an Client and Fund Management – Junior Officer to join our company.
Key responsibilities:
  • Participate in the investment process: collection of documentation (from distributors, fund managers,…), analysis of operations and drafting of Investment Memorandum, completion of subscription agreements/questionnaires (for liquid and private asset investments), assist in the coordination with counterparties and internally;
  • Cash monitoring: monitoring of cash balance and cash inflows/outflows;
  • Fees monitoring: verification of payment of the various fees due;
  • Draft Transaction Monitoring Forms;
  • Complete order templates / Subscription Agreements and their follow-up/execution;
  • Assist in the answer of requests from clients, advisors, or new contacts/investors;
  • Monitor and currency hedges according to the instructions of the investment committee;
  • Assist in the review and analysis of the NAV verification;
  • Preparation of recap memo from various meetings;
  • Assist in the voting process for the corporate actions;
  • Assistance with the compliance and risk & valuation requests;
  • Help in preparation of investment committees;
  • Draft of investment committee minutes;
  • Participate to various meetings with clients/investors or advisors/sponsors;
  • Organize the signing of various documents approved by the line manager or conducting officer;
  • Participate in weekly or monthly reporting work: formatting of portfolios to send to investors, setting-up “Monthly Reports” for certain customers, creation of activity reports for others, updating marketing presentations.
Minimum profile requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Management, Finance or Business Administration,
  • First successful experience in funds in Luxembourg is an advantageous asset,
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English. Any other language will be considered as advantageous,
  • Hands-on, flexible, eager-to-learn attitude,
  • Ability (or willingness) to work independently but also as part of a team,
  • Willingness to keep on learning and growing while managing day to day,
  • Appetite for excellence whilst delivering work for our clients.
Additional advantageous profile requirements:
  • Previous internship or first experience in a Luxembourg-based fund or ManCo
  • Knowledge of investment processes and governance frameworks
  • Strong Excel skills
