About the Role:
As a Logistics Specialist Intern in Industrial & Supply in Luxembourg, you will help shape reliable product availability for your assigned category. You will connect customer orders, transport flows, invoicing steps, and stock movements so the right goods reach the right place at the right time, with clear, measurable impact.
This internship lets you discover end‑to‑end supply chain execution in a real business setting. You will craft practical routines, learn how data and systems support daily decisions, and work closely with colleagues and partners who rely on your accuracy and follow‑through.
Main Responsibilities:
You will manage the order‑to‑cash flow from order entry to delivery creation, making sure documents are complete and timelines stay on track. You will coordinate the commercial and logistics paperwork that keeps deliveries compliant, and you will help maintain high service levels by acting quickly when orders need clarification or adjustment.
Moreover, you will support transport execution by validating inbound shipments against plans, checking quantities, timing, and documentation. You will also handle transport‑related financial steps, such as creating purchase requisitions, tracking accruals, and reconciling invoices, working closely with Finance and Logistics so figures match reality and closures happen on time.
Finally, you will steer stock movements by creating and monitoring stock transfer orders across distribution points, then analyzing and matching stock data to spot gaps early. You will prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, track third‑party logistics (3PL) service levels, and follow electronic data interchange (EDI) flows to help close outbound operations smoothly.
About You:
To be eligible for the internship, you must be enrolled in an educational institution, or the internship must start and end within 12 months after your last school enrolment period. In addition, you must already hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Luxembourg which is valid at least until the end of February 2027.
You bring strong analytical skills and you use data to explain what is happening and what to do next. You work accurately, you check details, and you deliver clean results. You will also bring your university background in Supply Chain or Industrial/Management Engineering.
You can use Microsoft Excel confidently and you are ready to work in SAP systems, including SAP ECC and BI, to execute and report logistics activities. You learn quickly and you apply feedback.
You communicate clearly in English and you collaborate well with others across Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners. You set priorities, you solve problems, and you act with urgency to meet deadlines.
