Your future team:

The Project Management Assistant (PMA) team supports our management and Audit teams by anticipating and dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.

The period would be ideally January 2025 to June 2025.


Your next challenge:

  • Support PMAs on day-to-day administrative tasks
    (document preparation and sending / filing of documents / management of correspondence / archiving / update database)

  • Support our PMAs in the monitoring of key client’s’ deadlines and by following-up and administrating the organisation of the audit file

  • Provide appropriate administrative support to the designated teams

  • Request / retreat accounting data based on guidelines

  • Prepare appendix with comparative figures and help on some testing for reports of activities

Your skills:

  • Have the sense of initiative

  • Have a strong team spirit

  • Have the capacity to be source for new ideas

  • Have good IT proficiency- especially in Excel

  • Have good knowledge in English

  • Be available from January to end of June.
