Adepa Asset Management
As an Intern in the Legal Department of ADEPA Asset Management you will be actively supporting the Head of Legal and lawyers of the team in their day-to-day activity around the full life cycle servicing of traditional and alternative investment funds in Luxembourg, Spain and Italy as well as projects relating to the implementation of new laws and regulations. By doing so you will be liaising with various teams in ADEPA Group globally including Onboarding, Relationship Management and Operations.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with the drafting, review and assessment of legal documentation and response to legal queries in relation to the set-up and initiatives around investment funds
- Review and negotiation of vendor agreements
- Handling of legal research for ongoing projects
- Supporting on the maintenance and development of databases
- Enrolled in a Master Degree program in Law which can provide an internship agreement or Legal Traineeship (Legal Intern)
- Basic knowledge in finance law and a general interest in financial markets
- Good command of MS-Office applications and Sharepoint
- Self-motivated and hands-on
- Team player with excellent communication skills in an international environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Spanish and/or Italian is an asset
