YOUR MISSION
- Ensuring and maintaining fund administration and day-to-day operations around the renewable energy portfolios

Implementation of portfolio transactions and investment decisions, as well as ongoing operational support of existing investments. In particular, you will be responsible for processing the following business transactions:
- Acquisition and disposal of corporate loans
- Instruction of capital injections and repayment to target vehicles
- Corporate actions of bonds and (corporate) loans
- Operational support of our access solutions team in structuring, re-launching or restructuring of (closed) fund vehicles and special purpose vehicles
- Monitoring the liquidity structure, as well as organizing capital calls and distributions of the fund vehicles
- Preparation of various reports such as regulatory reports or client-specific performance reports. In doing so, you will maintain both internal and external databases
- Ensure a smooth invoicing process - this includes the creation, review and approval of invoices, as well as the active monitoring of all incoming and outgoing payments from fund accounts
- Support our Luxembourg valuation team in the implementation of internal valuation specifications and reconciliation of the externally prepared NAV
- Assist with building simple automated flows (approvals, notifications, reminders) and help integrate SharePoint lists and Excel trackers into automated processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new internal platforms, databases, automated scripts, or dashboards
YOUR PROFILE
- For this exciting position, we are looking for an individual who works well in an entrepreneurial environment with strong numerical skills, eye for detail and high initiative
- Comfortable working with financial data, understanding corporate transactions (loans, capital injections), and assisting with liquidity and NAV‑related processes
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (financial modelling basics, structuring data, formulas)
- Interest in automation solutions and willingness to support the creation of simple approval and notification flows
- Initial internship experience beneficial
