Role Overview

This position balances data analysis with project coordination, acting as a vital link between commercial operations and product management teams.
Main Responsibilities
Commercial Support & Analytics:
- Oversee global and local deal filing and perform in-depth data analysis.
- Generate regular commercial analysis reports to support decision-making.
Product Management Support (Core focus):
- Project Coordination: Help define project scopes, timelines, and action plans.
- Meeting Management: Schedule internal/external meetings and ensure rigorous follow-up on action items.
- Tracking: Monitor progress using specialized tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and keep stakeholders informed.
- Problem Solving: Identify "bottlenecks" early and propose solutions to management.
Operational Support:
- Handle daily operational arrangements, sample management, and provide support for international trade fairs/events.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience (including internships) in statistics or data analysis.
- Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) & proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.
- Expert proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of international trade and telecommunications is a plus.
- You are industrious, prudent in your judgment, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Good sense of execution, teamwork and strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
- Very careful and industrious, and willing to work with trivial things, while being prudent in judgment.
- Nice temperament, honest and creditable; endeavor and hard working.
