As an intern - IT Touchpoint (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Corporate IT Cloud Operations department.

Your responsibilities

Assist with the handout and return of Hardware (such as laptops, tablets, and mobile phones), including helping users with device setup

Gain interesting insights in Involvement in IT projects and initiatives, and the implementation of new technologies or processes.

Help analyse and evaluate incident information and resolutions accurately, supporting the documentation process for IT issues

Support the team by providing onsite support to users by helping resolve technical issues with Hardware and software, ensuring immediate hands-on assistance

Gain insights in strong communication and interpersonal skills by interacting directly with end users, including VIPs and executives, and ensuring a positive user experience

Your profile

You are enrolled in a Bachelor/Master's Degree program with a recognized institution focusing on Computer Science or Engineering and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months

Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the context of internships (e.g. experience abroad, internships) in the IT Support area

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Demonstrate flexibility

Team player with good communication skills

You have good knowledge in Windows 11, MS-Office applications, SAP and other Microsoft products

You are fluent in written and spoken English. French would be considered as an asset
