We’re now looking for a curious, motivated intern to join our Talent Acquisition Team. If you're ecited about recruitment, eager to learn how HR works from the inside, and ready to contribute to projects that shape the employee eperience, this internship is for you.
While your main focus will be on recruitment and onboarding, you will also get a glimpse into ING’s broader strategic HR topics such as talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our HR department, you will contribute to the smooth eperience of candidates, trainees, and new joiners. You’ll also support several HR initiatives that play a key role in growing our people and culture.
Talent Acquisition – Your Main Playground
- Participate in the full recruitment cycle for trainees: meet managers, draft and publish job offers, screen CVs, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate follow‑up with hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding of new joiners: prepare agreements, manage administrative steps, welcome newcomers, and contribute to onboarding presentations. Assist with operational recruitment activities: mailbo
- management, security checks, interview logistics, and more.
Employee Eperience & HR Operations
- Manage administrative tasks with care and accuracy: form handling, document collection, employee file updates.
- Help organize HR events and initiatives such as Recruitment Forums with Universities and Business Schools.
Internal Mobility & Communication (Bonus Eposure!)
You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Talent & Learning on internal communication activities and campaigns linked to internal mobility, including creative work using tools like Canva, PowerPoint or AI‑driven platforms.

Skills & Behaviors
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and reliable.
- Curious and eager to learn. Strong writing skills and e
- cellent interpersonal communication.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Good command of MS Office (Word, Ecel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of visual communication tools (Canva, SharePoint...) is a real plus.
Eperience & Background
- You are a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in business, economics, human sciences, law, or a related field. Previous e
- perience in HR is appreciated but not required.
- Students passionate about marketing, communication, or web design are also welcome — your creativity will be valued!
Languages
- Good knowledge of French and English is required.
