As member of the Infra Support Team, your main objective is to troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated by the Service Desk.
YOUR ROLE

Analyze and resolve Infrastructure related Incidents, escalated by Service Desk,

Includes: Workstation, Telephony, Mailing, Mobility & Printing related incidents,

Calling end-users for Incident Troubleshooting,

Close interaction with Service Desk and level 3 services facilitating the resolution or dispatching of Incidents,

Coordinate with different IT Departments (packaging, security, system, network, etc.)

Workstations and logs monitoring through Nexthink, Splunk, Event Viewer, etc.

Create procedures for improving the troubleshooting process.
YOUR PROFILE

We are seeking a motivated student currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, specializing in Information Technology.

The ideal candidate is looking for a 6 to 12 months internship or apprenticeship, with either prior experience in the field or the desire to gain practical skills in this area.

You have shown genuine interest and have some exposure to IT Infrastructure, with a problem-solving mindset, and are eager to deepen your expertise in this domain. Described as curious, driven, and detail-oriented, you are eager to learn and capable of adapting quickly to new environments. While you can work independently, you also excel in collaborative team settings.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will interact with users across the organization, quickly building a solid network within the group. This role will give you the opportunity to grow your technical and interpersonal skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
