Department purpose

Our Corporate M&A team is at the forefront of providing exceptional legal services in the dynamic field of mergers and acquisitions. With a strong focus on transactional work, we advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border transactions, private equity deals, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.

Role purpose
A six-month internship in our Real Estate - Corporate M&A department from January to June 2025 which is covered by an internship agreement.

Key requirements
You are currently preparing for a Master in Law, LL.M or preparing a Bar in any European jurisdiction.
You are looking for an internship as part of your Master's degree, a gap year or for your PPI at the French Bar.
You have strong analytical skills, attention to details
You have a strong interest in Real Estate
You are a highly motivated student fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages as you will work on international matters.
