Role overview:
Our internship programme is aimed at students pursuing a Master's degree or holding an LL.M who would like to gain first-hand experience with a leading law firm.
We are offering internships of 3 to 6 months throughout the year in all our practice areas:
- Global Loans
- Corporate
- Investment Funds
- Tax
During your internship, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting legal research;
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents;
- Supporting lawyers on a daily basis on a variety of tasks and clients cases;
- Contributing to knowledge management and sharing.
You will have a real possibility of development within the firm and the occasion to work on a wide range of exciting and market leading transactions.
You will be deeply involved in teams and will work alongside experts who will coach you and provide you with valuable and constructive feedback.
Essential skills and experience:
Experience:
- You are pursuing a Master's degree in law, an LL.M. programme, or are preparing for the French Bar exam (stage PPI). A specialized Master's degree or a business management degree (HEC, ESCP, IEP, ESSEC, etc.) would be an asset;
- Preliminary experience gained through internships within a law firm is a strong advantage.
Skills:
- Fluency in English and French is a must, German and/or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- An adaptable person who is eager to learn;
- A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
- Excellent legal analysis;
- Proactive commercial approach;
- Excellent communication skills, in particular confident to express yourself in writing.
