What will you do?


As an intern within our Fund Corporate Services team, you will work closely with experienced professionals and support them in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Your main tasks will include:

  • Contributing to the preparation of clients’ board meetings related to various types of funds;

  • Participating in the drafting of agreements and standard contracts using company templates;

  • Assisting in the handling of client correspondence;

  • Assisting in the preparation of corporate documentation (e.g., KYC forms, bank account opening requests);

  • Helping maintain company records and statutory registers up to date in our systems, with guidance from the team;

  • Supporting the coordination of client payment processes;

  • Providing support to internal departments such as accounting, legal, and compliance.


    This internship is for you if:


  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another relevant field;

  • You are fluent in English and French; any other language is considered an asset;

  • You are eager to learn and take responsibility for your development;

  • You are organised, detail-oriented, and able to work on multiple tasks with support;

  • You are dynamic, proactive, and enjoy working in a team environment;

  • You have a strong interest in corporate administration and legal or financial services.
