About the Role:

For our Ferrero HQ based in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an intern to join our Raw Material Procurement team.
You will be reporting directly to the Flour, Eggs, Coffee, Cherries Procurement Category Leader.

Main Responsibilities:

By covering this position, you will conduct a detailed analysis for all raw materials belonging to the categories “dried fruit”, “other flour” and “peanut” to define synergy, strategy and eventually archetype.

In this role, you will dive deep into understanding these procurement categories, analyzing market trends, supplier capabilities, and cost structures as well.

Moreover, you will collaborate closely with the Procurement Managers to align with the company's short, medium, and long-term goals.
Using your insights, you will participate to the development and implementation of a tailored procurement strategy that drives value for the business.

You will also play a key role in assessing vendor performance, focusing on quality, quantity, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility.
By working with internal stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of comprehensive vendor scorecards.

Who we are looking for:

You will bring your educational background in Economics, Business or other related fields.

Thanks to your ability to work effectively in a team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment where your experience in teamwork will help foster positive relationships among colleagues.

You will also be expected to demonstrate strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

On top of that, you will bring your proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and your fluency in English.
