We are proposing end-of-studies internships, for a duration of 6 months from January 2026 until June 2026. You will be assigned to one of our Depositary Teams, as an Intern Depositary Analyst.

What you'll do
- Develop core business skills including soft skills and technical training
- Gain hands-on experience in the Depositary operations
- Follow a structured training programme, designed by our Aztec Academy and supported by experienced colleagues

Key responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of the record keeping of funds and associated fund structures
- Assist with all aspects of depositary matters, including the preparation of asset confirmation, reconciliation and proofing of investment holdings and ad-hoc depositary requests
- Assist with the completion of routine depositary queries
- Prepare periodic cash reconciliations and cash flow monitoring providing or sourcing supporting documentation evidencing transactions
- Maintain accurate records on Microsoft Excel working paper schedules for all aspects of depositary procedure
Your skills
- Studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other relevant subject (being within your last year of studies),
- Analytical and problem solving skills,
- Confident communication skills to engage with colleagues and clients,
- Ability to prioritise and time manage workload,
- A drive to learn and positive attitude,
- Good attention to detail,
- A team player who is willing to get stuck in, work hard and have fun!
- Being available to start in January 2026, for a duration of 6 months,
- Being able to have an Internship Agreement with your university.
