Training Coordinator Trainee – 6โmonth Internship (October 2026 to March 2027)

The Training & Event Organisation (TEO) team supports the delivery of learning programmes across Luxembourg and EMEA. You will work closely with Training Coordinators and Learning & Development teams to deliver classroom, virtual and hybrid learning experiences.
What your role will look like
As a Training Coordinator Trainee, you will support the operational delivery of training programmes, ensuring a smooth and consistent learning experience for participants across multiple formats and regions. You will contribute to coordination, data quality and logistics that enable effective learning delivery.
Support the organisation and delivery of classroom, virtual and hybrid training sessions
Coordinate participant registrations, attendance tracking and followโup activities
Assist with the implementation and management of training plans and learning programmes
Maintain training calendars and coordinate session scheduling
Update and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training databases to ensure data accuracy
Coordinate training logistics, including room bookings, materials preparation and equipment requirements
Support communication with stakeholders, trainers, participants and vendors, including during live sessions and events
Your growth and opportunities
You will gain hands-on experience in learning operations, systems management and training coordination. You will work alongside experienced coordinators on Luxembourg and EMEA programmes, building practical skills in participant management and programme delivery.
The skills you bring
Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, Management or a related field
Availability for a 6โmonth internship from October 2026 to March 2027, with a university internship agreement
Proficient / Independent use of Microsoft Office tools
Fluent in English and French
Strong organisational and administrative skills
