We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Intern to help us grow across Luxembourg. This is a hands-on role for someone creative, curious and comfortable with social media who wants to help build the marketing of a startup from an early stage.
You won’t just be scheduling posts. You’ll be encouraged to test ideas, create content, understand what works and help us find new ways to get people discovering us.
What you'll do
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Develop short-form videos, Reels, posts and creative campaigns
- Help manage our social media accounts and content calendar
- Identify trends and turn relevant ones into content
- Create educational content
- Help launch campaigns
- Participate in local marketing initiatives and partnerships
- Test new growth ideas, both online and offline
- Monitor content performance and identify what generates engagement, traffic and bookings
- Work directly with the founders on brand and growth strategy
Who we're looking for
You don't need years of marketing experience. We're more interested in someone who understands how people actually use social media today.
You might be a good fit if you:
- Are currently studying marketing, communication, business, media or a related field
- Understand TikTok, Instagram and current social media culture
- Have a good eye for content and visual communication
- Can recognize the difference between a trend worth using and one a brand should avoid
- Are comfortable creating and editing short-form video
- Write clearly and creatively
- Are proactive and enjoy coming up with your own ideas
- Are comfortable experimenting, measuring results and improving
- Speak French and/or English; additional Luxembourg languages are a strong plus
- Are based in Luxembourg or able to work regularly from Luxembourg
Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Figma or similar is a plus, but not essential.
