Your role
The missions and tasks entrusted to the trainee will be within the PAFA (Private Assets and Fund Administration) Luxembourg and can be summarized as follows:
- An interesting and challenging role in an international environment, with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development within a motivated team
- On-the-ground experience in a prestigious, industry-leading global bank
- Supporting in Private Equity / Real Estate Funds Department
- The opportunity to participate in various training programs, including intensive on-the-job training opportunities
- Provide support to the Investor Relationship team
Your team
The Private Equity and Real Estate Funds team at Credit Suisse Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A. is providing administration services for alternative investments funds and structures. In our portfolio, there are funds and unregulated vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg and other locations investing directly or through different structures in diversified portfolios of real estate, private equity and other alternative investments. Our team focus on accounting and transfer agency tasks, however it also actively supports clients and other stakeholders of a value chain.

Your expertise
We are seeking a trainee who is able to demonstrate the following:
- University Master degree or equivalent
- Understanding of financial services and Fund Industry are an asset
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles;
- Service oriented and able to quickly integrate an existing Team
- Good customer service skills, with a client-focused approach directed towards helping clients and internal parties achieve their goals
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
- Fluent English, any additional languages will be considered as an asset
