The BBH Luxembourg Governance & Resilience Team is currently recruiting an intern for a 6-month period. This Department is responsible for the coordination and implementation of specific regulatory requirements with regards to Outsourcing, Regulatory Reporting and Resolution Planning across BBH Luxembourg.
The successful candidate would be a direct report to BBH Luxembourg’s Senior Governance Officer. The successful candidate is one who is solution driven, can highlight the pain points and execute on innovative solutions to enhance processes. Eager to learn and curious for guidance, the successful candidate should be able to inquire effectively in order to build self confidence in the role.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support and preparation for the weekly Luxembourg Governance Risk Control & Compliance (LGRCC) Forum;
- Provide assistance on the maintenance of the Regulatory Development Matrix and the Industry Engagement matrix and feedback loop;
- Support increasing the disciplinary monitoring surrounding Outsourcing Governance Framework deliverables such as Trackers to update, review, and approve Inter-Company Agreements and Service Level Documents;
- Assist with the preparation of the monthly Luxembourg Outsourcing Oversight Committee Meeting;
- Support on Bank regulatory deliverables and document related best practices/procedures;
- Assist in the Application Outsourcing Working Group and the Governance aspects around DORA and ICT Outsourcing;
- Contribute to the BBH Luxembourg BRRD Project, and with the design and documentation of resolvability test exercises in line with SRB Guidance;
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with ability to present complex projects surrounding governance, compliance and regulatory subjects/matters that span across the Bank
- Ability to work with emerging technologies (e.g., Fintech)
- Ability to be a self-starter and work proactively
- Fluent in English

- Availability for a minimum of 6 months starting in August
- Formal signed internship agreement provided by university
