ING Luxembourg is seeking two interns to bolster and support its commercial teams within the Personal Banking sector.
Start dates: Between July and September 2025
Duration: Minimum of 6 month full time or 10-12 months part time.

Your mission:You will assist Personal Bankers and clients with:
Payment orders
CRM activities
Managing current accounts (covering debit positions, transfers, foreign exchange transactions)
Managing debit and credit cards (issuance, stoppage, searches, etc.)
Internet contract management
KYT/AML, MiFID & Insurance
Your profile:
Master’s student in Finance, Economics, or Marketing
Fluent in French and English; additional languages, especially Dutch, are a plus
Problem-solving skills: actively participate in brainstorming sessions and understand the issues at hand
Analytical skills: comprehend various processes and operational steps
Personal skills: strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Time management: prioritize tasks and set priorities in consultation with colleagues
Evolution skills: proactive, eager to learn and develop knowledge as per manager’s requests, and able to leverage feedback to acquire new skills
