Job Title

Talent Acquisition & HR Intern (IT Recruitment Focus) – 6 months internship

About the Company

As part of our growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Intern to support our HR team in attracting and hiring top technology talent while also contributing to key HR initiatives.

This internship offers hands-on experience in IT recruitment and HR operations within a dynamic and international environment.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition & HR Intern will support the HR team primarily in technical recruitment activities (around 80%) and assist with general HR tasks (around 20%).

This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in developing a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR Business Partnering, with exposure to the tech recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition ( 80%)

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technology roles
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on job boards and LinkedIn
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

HR Support ( 20%)

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help update HR policies, templates, and internal documentation
  • Contribute to HR projects such as employee engagement or internal communications
  • Provide general support to the HR team when needed

Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interest in IT&Tech
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment tools is a plus
  • English – Professional proficiency required
