BDO Luxembourg is looking for a Deal Advisory Trainee as from July 2026!

What will you do ?
Being part of the team, you will:
Be involved in fair valuation assignments across the main asset classes (e.g. private equity, real estate and private debts);
Be involved in intangible valuations and purchase price allocation exercises across several sectors and industries;
Be involved in M&A transactions (buy side and sell side due diligences);
Supervised by BDO Deal Advisory experienced professionals, you will strengthen your professional know-how. Our Deal Advisory team offers a wide range of services, which include Valuation, Transaction Services, Merger & Acquisitions, Financial Advisory and Modelling.
This position is for you if:
You are about to pursue a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics, ideally with a Corporate Finance specialization;
You possess a first experience through an internship in Corporate Finance advisory team (specialized in Valuation or Transaction Services), a Consulting firm, or the Corporate Finance division of a major company;
You aim to continue learning;
You aim to become a well-rounded corporate finance professional;
You are proactive, involved, highly motivated and take responsibility for your own work;
You got strong analytical and communication skills;
You speak English. Knowledge of French is considered as strong asset. Any Additional European language will be considered a plus.
