Your missions

Our client is looking for a motivated and organized Office Manager Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our office.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, business operations, and workplace management while working closely with different teams across the organization. You will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office and contributing to a positive employee and visitor experience.

Office Operations & Administration
  • Support the daily management of office activities and administrative processes.

  • Assist with meeting coordination, visitor reception, and office logistics.

  • Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.

  • Support the preparation and organization of internal events and team activities.

Coordination & Support
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

  • Assist with document management, filing, and data entry.

  • Help coordinate internal communications and ensure information is shared effectively.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of office processes and employee experience.

Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Participate in operational and administrative projects.

  • Support the implementation of new tools, procedures, and workplace initiatives.

  • Take ownership of small projects and propose ideas to improve efficiency.

Your ideal profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools is a plus.
