Your Role
As part of the Marketing & Communication team, you will contribute to Swiss Life Global Solutions brand presence and strategic communication efforts. This role involves content creation, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent and engaging messaging across all platforms.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the communication editorial plan, ensuring meaningful engagement with clients, partners and international colleagues.
- Create, write and design compelling content for a variety of channels, including social media, websites, video, presentations, newsletters, and more.
- Assist in the concept development, organisation, and logistics of corporate and networking events (both virtual and in-person) ensuring seamless execution and brand alignment.
- Design and review communication materials, such as visuals, infographics and presentations, maintaining consistency with Swiss Life’s brand guidelines.
- Update and maintain sales support materials (brochures, newsletters) and internal documents (layout and content) ensuring accuracy in both layout and content.
- Coordinate and prepare reports as required by the Group contributing to data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
- Provide support for key Marketing & Communication initiatives, including Brandvocate and Employer Branding programs.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- Open to a full-time internship (min. 6 months) or part-time alternance (10-12 months) starting in January.
- Familiarity with Canva and/or the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a strong asset. Experience with video editing experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, proficiency in French or German is an advantage
- A team-oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and working collaboratively
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of reliability
- Creative, dynamic and adaptable, ready to bring fresh ideas and contribute to innovative communication solutions
