Your mission: We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented trainee to join our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellbeing (DEIW) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. We would love for you to bring some experience in event management and proven ability to create strong presentations whilst working closely with stakeholders to deliver initiatives/projects.
Be a part of our team where you will:
Design and prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations to support workshops, events, and presentations;
Provide logistical and administrative support for DEIW events, including planning, coordination, and follow-up;
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support events and projects;
Contribute to improving processes and documentation for greater efficiency.

Available from January 2026 for 6 months and are provided with an internship agreement from your school
Have proven excellent skills in PowerPoint and the MS Office Suite;
Are highly organized with strong attention to detail;
Can effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously;
Take initiative, prioritize well, and deliver on key initiatives, projects, and tasks;
Have an interest in diversity, equity, inclusion, and wellbeing topics (previous experience is a plus but not required);
Bring experience in leading events or projects (an asset);
Have experience working in an international environment (an asset);
Are proficient in English (spoken and written) — German and/or French are an asset, and other languages are welcome.
