Your Mission as an Account Manager Intern:
Support our Personal Bankers and clients with key activities, including:
- Processing payment orders and managing CRM tasks
- Handling current accounts: transfers, F transactions, and debit positions
- Managing debit and credit cards in collaboration with the Commercial Support Team: issuance, cancellations, investigations
- Assisting with KYT/AML, MiFID, and insurance-related tasks
- Account opening and management of Discretionary Mandates
- Performing data analysis and reporting using Ecel
- Participating in the creation and implementation of strategic campaigns
Your Profile…
- Master’s student in Finance, Economics, or Marketing
- Fluent in French and English
- Available for a minimum of 6 months
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand well processes and operational steps E
- cellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and prioritization of tasks
- Curious, proactive, and open to feedback. Always looking to grow
