Your team
The BFS EuroHUB team is the support team for the Front and acts as first point of contact for all their questions/issues. We are serving all locations of the EuroHUB (Luxembourg, Monaco, Madrid, Barcelona, Dublin & Milano) and provide high quality ad-hoc support with regards to Issue Management, Order Handling Support, Client Reporting, Trainings, Application Support, MIFID questions.
What to work on
- Improvements of an AI supported analysis of all requests received
- Measures to increase the quality of the interaction reports and templates for them
- Requests from Front members regarding the used applications
What to learn
- Gain exposure to the COO area of Bank Julius Baer Europe S. A.
- Get an overview of the application landscape and the interfaces
- Learn about the support concept for the Front and the analysis of it
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor student from 2nd year onwards or enrolled Master student in the field(s) of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) fields
- Initial practical experience in Finance or IT
- Technical understanding and motivation to deal with applications
- A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Luxembourg "summer job during school holidays" Contract type
