We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Intern for a 6-month internship, with strong potential for a full-time position upon successful completion.
This opportunity is open to students from:
Engineering Schools (IT, Digital, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
Business Schools (Management, Strategy, Digital Transformation, etc.)
You will work closely with senior Project Managers and Directors on digital transformation projects involving CRM, ERP, AI, and cloud-based solutions.
Your Mission
As a Project Management Intern, you will:
Support Project Managers in the coordination of digital transformation projects
Participate in client meetings and workshops
Assist in preparing project documentation (specifications, planning, reports)
Contribute to requirement gathering and business analysis
Monitor project progress, risks, and action plans
Help structure governance materials (steering committees, reporting dashboards)
Contribute to internal improvement initiatives (methodology, tools, automation)
You will gain exposure to real-world implementations of:
CRM systems
ERP platforms
AI-driven solutions
Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Power Platform, etc.)
Profile Required
Education
Master’s student (Engineering School or Business School)
Specialization in Digital, IT, Management, or related fields
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong interest in the digital ecosystem (CRM, ERP, AI, cloud solutions)
Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, governance, scope management)
Analytical and structured mindset
Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar is a plus
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented
Business mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Languages
Fluent English (mandatory)
French is a strong advantage
