In this role, you will gain:

  • Hands-on experience in corporate and insurance law as well as governance projects
  • Exposure to senior management and real legal work
  • Mentorship and professional development opportunities
  • A dynamic, inclusive, and international team environment

Your key responsibilities

  • Organise Board and Audit Committee meetings, including preparing agendas and proposed resolutions
  • Support legal, governance, and corporate secretariat formalities related to Board and Audit Committee meetings and subsequent filings (e.g., annual accounts, changes in board composition)
  • Assist with corporate governance certifications and self-assessment processes to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks
  • Update key company electronic records (e.g., organisational charts, structure charts, register of capital injections)
  • Organise and maintain key company records and legal documents (physical files)
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and the development of AI use cases for corporate secretariat activities

About you

  • You are seeking a 6-month internship as part of your Bar exam or Master’s in Law.
  • You have a solid understanding of corporate law (knowledge of the EU regulatory landscape and/or insurance business is a plus).
  • You possess excellent organisational, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and have strong command of written and spoken English (other languages, especially French, are a plus).
  • You demonstrate a “can do” attitude, dedication, and a client-first approach.
  • You enjoy working independently and managing multiple requests and deadlines in a dynamic environment, with impeccable time management.
