About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Communications & Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will play a dual-focus role driving both our external communications and business development initiatives. You will help introduce our digital circular economy platform to supermarkets, local communities, residents, businesses, NGOs, and government institutions throughout Luxembourg. You will support strategic outreach, build stakeholder relationships, and execute communication campaigns to grow our social and environmental impact across the country.
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in business development, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and partnership building within an innovative international start-up.
Key Responsibilities
· Support business development and platform growth initiatives by identifying and engaging potential partners, local businesses, and supermarkets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarkets, retailers, local communities, residents, municipalities, NGOs, universities, and government institutions.
· Design and execute communication and digital marketing campaigns to elevate EcoResQ's brand awareness.
· Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, newsletters, and other digital channels.
· Participate in community outreach, presentations, workshops, and promotional events to represent EcoResQ.
· Assist with partnership development, contract discussions, and stakeholder engagement.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and collect stakeholder feedback to optimize business strategies.
· Work closely with the EcoResQ team to improve user acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and community impact.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Development, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Sustainability, or a related field.
· Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); German, or Luxembourgish language skills are a strong advantage.
· Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and major social media platforms.
· Excellent at communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
· Comfortable speaking with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds.
· Positive, energetic, proactive, and self-motivated.
· Passionate about sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, and the circular economy.
· Able to work independently while also collaborating within a multicultural team.
· Available to live and work in Luxembourg during the internship.
