Marketing Assistant (M/F) – Internship
Providing assistance in:
- The preparation of marketing material such as business cards, brochures, goodies
- Proofreading and formatting presentations in line with corporate branding standards
- The preparation of an internal communications
- Updates to both web and print material
- Assisting in maintaining a digital presence through social media
- The organisation of both internal and external events including contact with suppliers, creating and sending invitations, on-site support
- Assuring quality control for a Client Relationship Management tool Various administrative tasks
The successful candidate will also be involved in research projects to be carried out over the year by the marketing team.
Your profile:
- You have or are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree with marketing focus
- You have excellent written and oral languages skills in English, basic knowledge of French would be highly recommended
- You demonstrate very strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels
- You are creative with an eye for design
- You possess strong analytical skills and sensitivity to marketing
- You have the ability to multi-task and set priorities
- You are self-motivated and display high level of attention to detail
- You are comfortable delivering work within assigned deadlines You are organised and work in an efficient manner, with a highly proactive approach to work
