Join us as a Digital Project Manager Trainee and work side-by-side with our internal teams driving digital transformation. You’ll get to coordinate real projects, work with different teams, and develop the skills to launch your career in tech or business.



What You’ll Do

Forget theory — here’s what you’ll be doing from day one:

  • Help run IT projects that make things faster, smarter, and better across KPMG
  • Write project plans, track progress, and keep everyone in the loop
  • Team up with people across different departments to collect input and shape solutions
  • Spot roadblocks early and help keep everything moving
  • Jump into meetings, take notes, share ideas
  • Research challenges and pitch your own solutions
  • Support budget tracking and resource planning
  • Share regular updates with the project leads

What We’re Looking For
We don’t expect you to know everything — just come ready to learn, contribute, and grow.

You are:

  • Enrolled in a degree in IT, Business, Project Management or something similar
  • Doing a mandatory internship as part of your studies of at least 5 months.
  • Curious about tech and how digital projects get delivered
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint — extra points for MS Project
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Bonus points if you speak other languages (like French).
  • Organized, motivated, and a natural team player
  • Someone who’s not afraid to raise their hand and try something new
