Why This Role Matters
As a Data Science Intern, you will play a key role in advancing our capabilities in AI-powered data analysis. Your work will accelerate diagnostics, reduce human effort and unlock predictive insights from sensor data, directly contributing to innovation in mobility solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Review state-of-the-art literature on machine learning and AI applied to sensor data.
- Benchmark different models using internal datasets.
- Build, train, and validate machine learning models for automatic data annotation.
- Present project updates during team meetings.
- Create clear documentation and transfer results to a permanent team member.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience coding in Python.
- Understanding of data science principles, statistics and applied mathematics.
- Some experience with common data science libraries (scikit-learn, NumPy, pandas).
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, open to sharing ideas and working in a diverse team.
- Flexibility to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies
Basic Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in progress (field: Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or similar)
- Languages: very good English (mandatory), French (nice to have)
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic experience with source control system (Git), Linux and High Performance Computing would be an asset
