We’re looking for someone to:
- Support the Asset Servicing Business Management team in the preparation of management materials, business reviews and strategic presentations.
- Assist in coordinating cross‑functional initiatives across Operations, Front, Legal, Tax and Risk, including tracking of actions, documentation of decisions.
- Contribute to AS business analysis activities and process documentation, helping to structure information and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide day‑to‑day support on ad‑hoc projects and initiatives within Asset Servicing, including process improvements, stakeholder communication, and maintenance of key business documentation and frameworks.

Your team
You’ll be working in the business management team in Luxembourg with a focus on Asset Servicing and Wealth Management. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the business performs effectively whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You'll be working closely with the Chief of Staff and her team, as well as with the Market Heads.
Your expertise
- Currently pursuing, or in the final stage of completing, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
- Service‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Professional attitude with a collaborative and reliable approach to work
- Strong analytical skills with a solid affinity for numbers
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI
- A valid internship agreement from your university covering the full internship duration, availability for six months, authorization to work in Luxembourg, and active student status.
