Why This Role Matters
As a Junior Demand Planner, you will have a chance to play an important role in shaping how we forecast and plan demand across our Consumer and Commercial Business Unit in EMEA. This role sits at the heart of data-driven decision-making, combining advanced insights, Machine Learning, and close collaboration with commercial teams. Through our 12-month Graduate Trainee Program, you will gain hands-on experience with real business cases while helping to improve forecast accuracy and support strategic planning across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation of standardized forecasting approaches , using Machine Learning models as a baseline
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and commercial teams to align demand forecasts with market assumptions
- Assist in monthly demand planning cycles , helping to develop a 18–24 month outlook
- Participate in forecast accuracy tracking and root cause investigations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning tools and processes
- Learn and apply tools such as Excel, Power BI, and forecasting systems
- Gain exposure to strategic alignment between demand planning, customer insights, and business strategy
What You’ll Bring
- A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Data Science , or a related field
- First professional experience through internships or early-career roles
- Strong interest in forecasting, Machine Learning , and data-driven business planning
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with Python is an advantage
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
