How you’ll contribute to our success
- Collaborate with teams to define key business capabilities and target operating models aligned with strategic goals. Design ecosystems and processes to enhance market positioning and operational excellence using data insights.
- You will develop models and frameworks for business alignment.
- Develop implementable growth strategies to boost revenue, manage costs, improve profitability, and build sustainable market leadership.
- You will develop models and frameworks for growth strategies and operational improvements.
- Support market entry strategic decisions with detailed research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation. Develop entry strategies by assessing risks and selecting optimal approaches (e.g., greenfield, joint ventures, or targeted acquisitions).
- You will conduct research to assess market trends, competitors, and customer behaviours, identifying opportunities and risks.
- Define value enhancement strategies to boost value creation and overall return to shareholders. Identify optimization areas, streamline resources, and prioritize initiatives for sustainable gains.
- You will analyse data to provide actionable business insights, often using tools like financial modelling and business intelligence. In addition, you will also monitor the strategy effectiveness and track KPIs, adjusting as needed to ensure success.
- Support clients across the full M&A lifecycle—before the deal (M&A strategy, screening, and investment case development), during the deal (commercial and operational assessment, synergy case, and integration planning), and after the deal (postβmerger integration of operations, culture, and systems to capture synergies and ensure longβterm value realization).
- You will engage with client’s senior executives and teams to present findings and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Your skills
Must have:
- You are preparing a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly. You are curious, reliable, and eager to learn. You demonstrate a solid understanding of financial analysis and key accounting principles.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, skills in VBA, Power BI, machine learning knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and French.
Nice to have:
- Previous internship experience in strategy development, business design, or market analysis is beneficial.
- Experience in non-FSI , ideally with engineering background.
- Proficiency in German.
