Your tasks :
- Study additive manufacturing technologies to understand the principles, capabilities, and limitations of relevant equipment
- Evaluate and test candidate materials to determine their suitability for withstanding the thermal and mechanical demands of the injection molding process
- Define and document process parameters to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of prototype production
- Develop and implement testing protocols to validate the mechanical, dimensional, and thermal performance of prototype inserts before production use
- Characterize prototype performance boundaries by conducting controlled experiments to identify design, material, and process limitations
Your profile :
- Being registered in Material / Polymer / Mechanical Engineer at ACAM / RWTH Aachen University
- Being open to a 6 month - 1 year internship
- Being highly motivated and autonomous
