The internship of Junior Communication Specialist is part of the Luxembourg Country Management, directly reporting to the Head of Communications, Community Investments & Sustainability.
Main responsibilities
This position involves specific tasks requiring written and digital communication skills, as well as event management.
- Develop and conduct the creation of 2 new websites under the responsibility of the E-Comm Specialist (Galerie Go Art, Fondation Veuve Emile-Metz Tesch)
- Support to the Communication team for specific events organization: press conference for the future HQ, new HQ visits (AM employees and other comms targets), and other recurrent events (St Nicholas, Minett trail, Discover more conferences, …)
- Support to the HR Team for the roll-out of the HR comms plan: propose initiatives, ensure relevance/alignment with ArcelorMittal Luxembourg communication action plan related to the results of the reputation survey.
- Support the Communication team in contents production for our internal and external comms tools (print, AM Lux intranet, internal TV network, AM Lux website, AM Foundation website, social media accounts on LinkedIn and Instagram, and potentially others)
- Daily management of the ArcelorMittal Luxembourg website (analysis of the performance of the site, and then also for the new websites)
- Follow up of Communication KPIs and update of the KPI dashboard
Profile
- Master I or II in Communications
- Excellent writing skills for different types of Media (printing, digital), background in communication project management
- Capability to work transversally with communication teams across the Luxembourg sites
- Fluent in French and English both in speaking and writing
