Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As part of our HR team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to the recruitment process: screening, managing applications, supporting interviews.
- Source future talents via LinkedIn, job boards and other creative channels.
- Support the preparation and publication of job offers.
- Ensure a smooth candidate journey: feedback, follow-up and onboarding support.
- Get exposure to broader HR activities such as administration, training and internal events.
Your Profile
You are the right fit if you:
- Are currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Human Resources, Work Psychology, Management or similar).
- Are motivated to learn more about recruitment and HR practices.
- Are fluent in French and have a good command of English (written and spoken).
- Are organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Already have some HR or recruitment experience? That’s a plus!
