Your Role
You will assist with customer on-boarding, support project governance, and collaborate with global teams to optimize the ControLOG platform. Additionally, you’ll help create working instructions and suggest improvements in our processes.Your Responsibilities
- You will assist in various customer on-boarding and implementation activities.
- You will support project governance and project management.
- You will liaise with global support teams to share best practices and write working instructions.
- You will gain in-depth knowledge of our ControLOG platform and its underlying processes.

You will take on the role of an "IS ControLOG Advocate":
- Co-operate globally with business and operations to help teams leverage ControLOG to its full potential
- Have an open mind to suggest improvements in the ways of working within IS
Your Skills and Experiences

Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics
- Business Administration
- Business Informatics (with a specialization in logistics)
- Previous practical experience in the logistics field is considered an advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional language is a plus.
- Possess a high technical affinity and a passion for exploring and working with new technologies and software.
- Creative mindset for developing training material using various techniques.
- Strong professional communication skills to captivate and engage with teams.
- Proactive, independent, and assertive approach to work.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with change management techniques and tools is a bonus
