Join the International Corporate Tax team within Tax Product Services (TPS), where you will work alongside tax specialists supporting alternative investment clients, including private equity, real estate and hedge fund structures. You will collaborate with colleagues across Luxembourg and the global PwC network to help clients navigate complex cross-border tax matters.
What your role will look like
As an Associate, you will contribute to international corporate tax advisory engagements for alternative investment structures investing in or through Luxembourg. Your work will help clients understand tax risks, assess the impact of international tax rules and make informed investment decisions in an evolving regulatory environment.
Advise international clients on the tax implications of fund and investment structures throughout key stages of their lifecycle, including acquisitions, reorganisations and new investment strategies.
Assess the application of Luxembourg tax rules, double tax treaties and international tax frameworks to support cross-border investments.
Analyse Luxembourg and international tax legislation and translate technical developments into practical recommendations for clients.
Contribute to the identification of tax-efficient solutions that help manage tax leakage and mitigate tax risk exposure.
Collaborate with PwC specialists across jurisdictions to support multinational investment structures and coordinate international tax matters.
Work with colleagues from Transfer Pricing, VAT and other disciplines to deliver integrated tax advice and written opinions.
Support the development of tools and approaches that help teams respond efficiently to legislative and regulatory changes affecting alternative investments.

The skills you bring
A Master’s degree in Tax Law or Business Law, or a degree in Economics with additional education in Tax Law.
A first experience in taxation, legal advisory or a related field.
A strong interest in international corporate taxation and alternative investment structures.
Microsoft Excel: Proficient / Independent use.
English: Professional working proficiency required.
