Why This Role Matters
As an Intern Learning & Development Sales you will make a real impact on design, development, and coordination of learning activities for our sales teams in the Commercial and Consumer tire business.
During the 6-month internship, you will contribute to sales enablement initiatives by helping create engaging learning materials, coordinating training-related activities, supporting learning project management, and collecting feedback to improve the learning experience for sales colleagues.
This internship is ideal for a student or early-career talent interested in learning and development, sales enablement, instructional design, digital learning, and project coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Support Learning Content Development by assisting in the creation and update of sales learning materials, such as e-learning modules, presentations, guides, videos, quizzes, and training support documents.
- Support Sales Enablement Projects by assisting in coordinating learning and development projects for sales teams.
- Support the administration and maintenance of learning content in learning management systems or related platforms
- Support the collection and analysis of learner feedback
- Collaborate with sales enablement colleagues, sales managers, technical experts, and external partners where needed.
What We’re looking for
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in one of the following areas (Adult learning, Educational science, Learning & Development, Human resources)
- Strong interest in learning and development, sales enablement, digital learning, or training design.
- Good organizational and project coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Basic experience user of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
