NEXUS LUXEMBOURG: Join the must-attend international tech event at the heart of innovation in Luxembourg!
After two highly successful editions and ahead of its 3rd edition taking place on June 10 and 11, NEXUS LUXEMBOURG has established itself as an international tech meeting point for experts, decision-makers, investors, startups, and institutional representatives from around the world.
With nearly 10,000 participants from over 50 countries, hundreds of speakers, innovative startups, and numerous exhibitors, the event continues to grow in scale and ambition.
Founded by Kamel Amroune (CEO of The Dots) and Mike Koedinger (CEO of Paperjam), NEXUS LUXEMBOURG is currently looking for two Communication & Event Production Interns to join the adventure.
Within the organizing team, you will contribute to the preparation and development of Luxembourg’s largest tech & AI event, helping to strengthen its international visibility and connect the global innovation community.
Your responsibilities
As an intern, you will be involved in all phases of the design and execution process, including:
Contribute to drafting and publishing promotional content for the event, in line with the communication strategy and selected media;
Support the management of Nexus Luxembourg’s digital channels (website, social media);
Rigorously coordinate logistical aspects related to reception, accommodation, transport, and event operations for suppliers, partners, speakers, VIP guests, and participants;
Help coordinate the various stakeholders during the two days of the event;
Provide support to the Managing Director and the entire event team.
Your profile
Master’s student (final year) in communication, marketing, public relations, or equivalent
Bilingual French / English; any additional language is an asset
Excellent organizational skills and strong anticipation abilities
Pragmatic mindset, flexibility, and adaptability
Creativity and attention to detail
Strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva
Knowledge of digital marketing (CMS, social media)
